What is the check-in and check-out process?
Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. You’ll receive a secure front door and pool access code, including any other entry instructions upon arrival to make your check-in smooth and contactless.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, fresh linens and towels are provided for all guests. If you’d like completely new sheets and towels during your stay, you can request them for an additional fee: $250 for new sheets only, or $500 for new sheets and bath linens for the entire house.
Is the pool heated and what are the pool rules?
The in-ground saltwater pool is private, heated, 16 by 28 feet, and six feet deep with a retractable cover for safety. The pool cover must be closed when not in use to keep it sparkling and secure. For everyone’s safety, please use only plasticware when dining or drinking by the pool to help prevent accidents.
What kitchen amenities are available?
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, a dual-fuel range with double ovens, a deep farm sink, a wine fridge, cookware, bakeware, spices, and all the essentials to cook anything from a quick breakfast to a dinner party.
Are there security cameras on the property?
For your safety, outdoor security cameras are installed only around the perimeter. There are no cameras inside the home to respect your privacy.

Yes! We welcome up to two pets at no extra cost. We just ask that pets are not left unattended and that guests accept responsibility for any pet-related damage.

There is a private driveway for our guests, so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot.
